Judi Lubetzky is a qualified & innovative career specialist in private practice with 12 years’ experience, and a passion for supporting individuals as they make well informed decisions about their work/life.
Judi has worked as a career counsellor in tertiary education (AUT, University of Auckland), Careers NZ, and in the community mental health sector working with broad range of clients who may be at a cross road in their career/work lives, people wishing to return to paid work after some time out of the work force (either by choice or through redundancy), are immigrants and even Kiwis who wish to break into the current NZ job market or are school students and university graduates who need guidance and support in their career path as they transition into paid employment.
Judi also belongs to a few professional networks including Career Development Association of New Zealand; New Zealand Association of Psychological Type; New Zealand Association for Positive Psychology.
Marion Etches - Senior HR Consultant
Marion is a senior level leader of Human Resources, Health & Safety and Corporate Communications, with many years of experience gained within commercial and non-profit organisations.
After a successful 10 years as the People & Culture Director for New Zealand’s largest contract food services company, Compass Group, she transitioned her career from January 2020 to operate as an independent consultant.
Originally from the UK and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified, Marion has lived in New Zealand for 24 years with her husband Kevin.
As part of her commitment to continuous learning and bringing values-based leadership into organisations, Marion graduated with a Masters in Advanced Leadership Practice from Massey University in April 2019.
